We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Warranty Clerk to join our team. The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for handling phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on warranty coverage and claims, managing workflow, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on contract coverage and claims

  • Manage workflow, process, and complete requests and documents according to established procedures

  • Work effectively in a friendly team environment

  • Perform other job duties as assigned

  • Ensure documents are accurate and well-maintained

  • Stay up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls

  • Organize and maintain customer and service records

  • Maintain good relationships with clients

  • Liaise with manufacturers

  • Negotiate deals on behalf of customers and the organization

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, type 35 wpm, and document information while discussing claim(s) over the phone

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills
