We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Care & Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are integral to our customer care and marketing operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and ship customer care packages in a timely manner.

•  Order, manage, and maintain inventory of merchandise and promotional items.

•  Provide outstanding hospitality to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.

•  Assist the marketing and sales teams with various projects as needed.

•  Use computer systems to communicate, track orders, update customer records, and manage inventory.

Position Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills are mandatory.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

  • Basic customer care skills are necessary, with a focus on providing excellent service and building strong customer relationships. This includes making and taking phone calls, as well as sending and responding to emails.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
