CUSTOMER CARE & MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Care & Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are integral to our customer care and marketing operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and ship customer care packages in a timely manner.
• Order, manage, and maintain inventory of merchandise and promotional items.
• Provide outstanding hospitality to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist the marketing and sales teams with various projects as needed.
• Use computer systems to communicate, track orders, update customer records, and manage inventory.
Basic computer skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
Basic customer care skills are necessary, with a focus on providing excellent service and building strong customer relationships. This includes making and taking phone calls, as well as sending and responding to emails.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
